In general, everyone should check with their physician or healthcare professional before beginning any new wellness supplement to make sure the supplement is suitable for their health. When it comes to children’s health, we always want to emphasize this.

Typically, upon the advice of their pediatrician or healthcare professional, people adjust the dosage for children (2 and up) according to the recommended dose for an adult (1 oz or 2 tablespoons). Adjustments are made depending on the age & weight of the child and any other health concerns. Please use the following chart as a general guideline:

Adults (ages 18+):  1 oz (2 Tablespoons)

Young Adults (ages 11-17):  1/2 oz (1 Tablespoon)

Children (ages 4-10):  1/4 oz (1/2 Tablespoon)

Children (ages 2-3):  1/2 TEASPOON
