Occasionally, we hear back from a customer that they experience drowsiness in the morning after taking the Nighttime Multimineral the night before. You might try taking the Nighttime Multimineral a little earlier in the evening to offset its impact the following morning, and/or reduce your dose. Some bodies are more sensitive than others and need less of the multimineral to receive the benefits of the formula. Try cutting the dose in half or even a quarter and see how you feel before increasing the dose again.
